Kings of the Coast – Caloundra Ocean Swim is the ultimate ocean swimming challenge.
The 3.8 kilometre ironman distance swim is not for the faint hearted and provides the ultimate test in a challenging part of Queensland`s coastline.
With a two Person Team option, Kings of the Coast is a great end goal for every swimmer in the 2010 Queensland Ocean Swim Series and is set to become the pinnacle of ocean swimming in Queensland.
The course heads north from Kings Beach where you will battle the elements, and your competitors, around an exposed headland. Your final destination awaits you at the picturesque Moffat Beach.
This event also features a short course option which is perfect for nippers or less experienced ocean swimmers. The courses include Long Course (3.8 kilometres, open water), Short Course (500 metres, open water), and variable courses for individual and two person teams.
